Why Us

I Speak Your Amazon Language. As an Amazon seller myself and a certified tax and bookkeeping professional, I understand the unique challenges faced by different types of sellers:

  • Private‑Label Sellers: You invest heavily in PPC campaigns and product launches. Tracking and managing advertising costs is essential to know whether your campaigns are generating real profits.

  • Resellers & Arbitrageurs: Purchase prices change constantly. Keeping up with fluctuating inventory costs and matching them to sales can be overwhelming.

  • Wholesalers: You often buy on terms and need to recognize income and expenses when they occur, not just when cash changes hands. Cash‑basis accounting can distort margins, whereas accrual accounting matches cost of goods sold to revenue and offers a clear view of profit

  • Hybrid Sellers: You juggle multiple sales models. Without solid systems, your bookkeeping becomes a patchwork that makes it hard to see the big picture.

Mary Gachii MBA

I am a small business owner who enjoys working with numbers and loves the use of technology to achieve better and faster results. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Park University, Kansas.

I have over fourteen years of tax preparation and small business accounting experience. I gained my 14+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting services by working for a local leading tax company. With a business management background and having acquired enhanced business acumen, I started my own practice in 2014.

Why I Do This

When my husband and I started selling on Amazon, we quickly realized that figuring out our profits, fees and taxes was harder than finding winning products.

Even with my accounting background, the seller central reports left us feeling lost. Once I implemented the right systems and training, the fog lifted—we finally understood our numbers, paid the right taxes and could make confident decisions.

Seeing how transformative that clarity was for our own business inspired me to help other sellers do the same.

Numbers are my passion, but people are my purpose.

Helping fellow sellers navigate the complexities of taxes and bookkeeping isn’t just my profession—it’s my way of empowering creative entrepreneurs to build the businesses and lives they dreamed of when they started.

Let’s take the stress out of your numbers so you can focus on what you do best- growing your Amazon business!
